Our past often shapes our future reality and experiences, but we can change this. The relativity of time, dependent on the observer, enables the recreation of the future, preventing the repetition of yearly emotional/mental patterns.
Life’s journey is shaped by what we desire. The quality of desire or its frequency creates the value and quality of experience. Instead of wishing for a stress-free life, channel your energy into the feelings you want to experience, regardless of life’s challenges. We cannot control the world or others, so stressful situations will cross our path; however, we can use love as our source of strength rather than our will-power, which comes and goes depending on how we feel.
What is your greatest desire today? How can you use the energy of divine-love to manifest your desire? For example, maintaining composure during challenging situations requires prioritizing your health to ensure you have the energy to overcome them. With each desire mastered, you progress to the next. Desires are ever-changing. For example, if today’s desire is to be calm and peaceful in all situations, then create a picture/memory of what feels and looks like in your mind. A memory of what your future can be. Then, because time doesn’t exist, unify your future and present selves. Use it to guide all your choices today.
Our choices express our desires. Use your free-will to nurture what you desire today in your thoughts, speech, and actions. Prioritizing your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health will shape your daily decisions if it’s your top priority. Should past memories or stories resurface, remember that they are now inactive. Your past is a memory—you can either relive its emotional content subconsciously and consciously or leave it behind.
With Love,
Dana
